Inclusions and Exclusions.
In the spirit of honest collaboration we feel it's important to point out what you can expect of us, what is included, and what is excluded as we work together to acheive your business goals. What is Included:
We can be your dedicated marketing team and handle all of your marketing needs. E.g. from the birth of an idea to the execution of a full nationwide campaign and everything in between. With us in the marketing driving seat you always have piece of mind that you have a team on your side working hard to successfully build up your brand, connect you to new patients and ultimately help a lot of people live a full and healthy life.
Marketing Consultancy: This is the overall service, we work extremely hard to innovate and create your marketing collateral. We achieve this by reviewing the current marketing plan to determine a new plan and strategy creation. Once a plan is in place, we present a timeline, make all the creative and roll out the strategy. Afterwards we analyze the results and make data driven decisions along the way.
Custom Graphic Design: Digital and print art work / design to assist marketing campaigns & website needs. This includes designs for social media, general advertising, print materials like brochures or letterheads, business cards etc.
Custom Video Shoots: All production, film and edit for any videos needed for online story or social campaigns on YouTube, Instagram or Facebook.
Custom Photo Shoots & Images: Custom photoshoot for website and social media marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
Website monthly server: Hosting fees are included.
Email Marketing: Once we have a database built up of new customer emails, (or build on an one) we will create the email marketing campaign designs and rollout to target and drive continued interest from existing / returning patients. We use our own email marketing platform to service those needs. Automation is key to achieving a continued connection and therefore providing care for existing patients, sending the right email, at the right time.
Analytics: Managing the implementation and review of tracking analytics within the website, campaigns and product listings using Google Analytics (to start with) and scale up as needed. Attribution is key to monitoring our success and also identify changes needed.
A/B Testing: We continuously A/B test offers, text headlines, images and marketing materials to refine what works.
Heat Maps: A vital tool for website analysis. This allows us to follow and track user flows by recording every engagement on the website, mouse strokes and clicks. This data is then analyzed and allows for website tweaks and improvements. Setting up a funnel tracker also allows us to find the drop off point of the website visit. We build in retention tools so when the user moves the mouse to close the page before buying we can popup a call to action.
Social Media Advertising: Creating and executing advertising campaigns for direct Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram marketing (we spend direct with the social networks to buy ad space).
Some tools we use*: Google Analytics, HotJar, Zapier, Sendgrid, Wistia, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Stock, 4K Sony film cameras. Sony DSLRs with a huge lens selection. LED lighting kits, indoor/outdoor. Steadycam gimbal. Camera sliders. Mic kits.
What is Excluded:
Social Media daily posting activity: It's always better if you have your own dedicated social media manager to handle the social media posts and daily activity on your social accounts such as replying to comments and messages. Not to be confused with placing advertisements (we would run your social ad campaigns). In general, day to day social media interactions are best handled by someone internal or dedicated to it, to give the most authentic voice and knowledgeable replies etc. Therefore we will not be responsible for posting daily content to your social media page newsfeeds or groups on a daily basis, however we do craft a plan / guide on best practice, even train if needed. Establishing a brand voice is part of the overall marketing strategy, so we want to make sure this flows into social media.
Advertising / Media buys: We make the creative, oragnize and place your advertisments, but buying media advertising space such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM advertising costs. E.g. buying paid Google Adwords, Google Display Network Ads are paid for by Your Company. These budgets can be discussed together, we will make recomendations, but ultimatly respect and work with the ad spend set forth by Your Company.
Influencer Ad buys: If part of the strategy, buying post / wall space / air time from a social media influencer 'talent' with endorsements or reviews are paid by Your Company.
Extra production costs: Special location fees (such as if a location / land owner or company requires payment for the scene or set to be used in production) and all talent (video presenter) fees will be covered by Your Company. Additional equipment such as Drone or hiring of a drone service, if additional production equipment is needed. This will be discussed first together of approval and then be paid by Your Company. For example, if we needed a very specific lens (that we do not already own) the lens rental fee would be paid by Your Company.
Travel: If needed, Outside of Ukraine all pre-approved travel costs would be covered by Your Company.
Additional Extra software: You would also be responsable for paying directly to SaaS platforms outside of the current tools (listed above) if specifically required / requested by Your Company. This is very unlikely to happen.
Additional Software Cost: SanityDesk Marketing Software, Software for video calls, Scheduling Software, Specific Software for Your Niche.

50% due upfront to start project.
50% due prior to site launch.
Timeline: Deadline is currently not set. However here's an example of a timeline if we started June 1st. The first review will be sent to you by June 16th, then we hope for a timely response within 2-3 days with feedback from you to allow continued momentum. After your response we need 5 business days to make changes and send the final review back to you around 26th June for a final sign off. Then we spend the next 2 -4 business days making any small final changes / tests and aim to push live at 00:01 July 1st 2020.
